So I'm not all that much of a rookie I thinking, have a grand total of 11 M sp across two toons... However when Uprising hit and I got my hands of that shiny new Amarr Assault Suit and Scrambler Rifle I switched from my pre-Uprising Shield Tanked...

Its a very viable build. Some SMG scouts run double SMG's, others combine it with Nova Knives or SHotguns. Scouts can strafe like theres no tomorow so a a guy who skills into SMG use, range, and damage mods cam create a very damaging short range...
